Beats Meet Bliss in this 90 minute flow to get you moving and breathing deep. In this twist-centered practice we will move to the music of some old school hip hop paired with some deep R&B.

Soulscape is a carefully crafted, musically scored flow practice. Each class is a collaboration between teacher and DJ. This artful blend of sequence and music creates a one of a kind, soulful vinyasa experience. Beat aligns with breath and musical intensity aligns with flow. Come for the amazing yoga and masterful mixes, stay for the combustion of community.
