Limited Capacity filling up

Give yourself the gift of getting up early and moving with the sun! We will begin your morning run with a Dynamic Warm-up to get the blood flowing and joints warmed up before heading out into the double track trails around Lost Lake. Some running experience necessary due to the varied terrain and hills behind Lost Lake. Post-stretch included as well- approximately an hour of running with stretchy goodness on either side :)
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
