Wanderlust Whistler 2018

Using planetary frequencies, Drone sounds, Binaural Beats and gentle Rhythms we will embark on a journey of listening, meditating and moving.
we will hear, feel and experience sounds. elevating our hearing sense and learning how trough simple ear training and listening excursive we learn to listen to ourselves, our body and to others.
expect to sit, stand still, move very gently and lay down.
